The house was built in about 1740 and fully renovated
in 2004. It has listed building status and is situated on the UNESCO world heritage site boundary in the lovely area of Plesivecka.
It is accessible by car with parking for one vehicle inside the garden. It is 5 minutes walk from the town centre, castle and the
local shops.

The house has
3 floors. It comprises a large sitting/dining room (sleeping 1 on a sofa bed), kitchen, shower room and separate wc.
There is a small sitting room on the first floor with adjoining bathroom (small
hip bath!) and one double bedroom with single sofa bed. The second double bedroom
is in the attic (narrow stairs so not suitable for the infirm or for small children) and access to this is through the other
bedroom.
